“Losing Dad at such a young age and bottling it up for so long started to take its toll. I originally went to see her because I was having trouble moving on from a traumatic experience and was having nightmares and living in fear. I had no idea what kinesiology was really going to involve and it was so much more powerful than I ever expected. Through our 10 week journey I have discovered so much about myself.
